The Royal Park public house, Queens Road, Leeds 6, is redefining itself as a centre for the arts.
From February 2007, the Royal Park public house has played home to a permanent exhibition of Trippett’s paintings, sketches and prints, some of which are shown here on this site.
In the exhibition are the two sketches that were included in the 2006 ‘Profane Revelations’ exhibition of contemporary British surrealism, held at the Grannell Foundation gallery in San Diego, Spain.
There is also a thriving live music venue, The Royal Park Cellars, playing host to some of the hottest new bands in the UK.
In addition there are plans for the to have a small theatre in the basement currently playing host to a series of acting workshops
